1. Debride the wound surface. If required, irrigate the wound bed thoroughly with approximately 15ml of normal saline to maintain the moist environment of the wound.
2. Cut foam dressing to fit the size and shape of the wound. Foam should completely fill the wound.
3. Place the cut foam into the wound. Avoid over packing. Do not force foam into the wound or place within an unexplored tunnel. It may be necessary to stack pieces of foam in deep wounds.
4. Remove a part of backing layers of the film dressing, exposing the adhesive.
5. Apply film dressing over the wound to seal, then remove the remaining backing layers of the film dressing.
6. Remove a upper part layers of the film dressing.
7. Remove the remaining upper layers of the film dressing. Continue to apply until the foam is completely covered and the wound is sealed.
8. Cut a small hole (no less than 2.0cm) in the center of the film dressing, over the foam.
9. Remove backing layers from Tube pad.
10. Place tube pad opening in central disk directly over hole in the film dressing, and apply gentle pressure to ensure complete adhesion of the pad.
11. Remove stabilization layer the top of tube pad.
12. Apply the film dressing to stabilize the pad maintain the sealing of the wound.
13. Apply the film dressing to stabilize the pad maintain the sealing of the wound.
14. Apply the film dressing to stabilize the pad maintain the sealing of the wound.
15. Apply the film dressing to stabilize the pad maintain the sealing of the wound.
16. Fix the tube.
